All products bought on Orange Horse may be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Returns will only be granted for valid reasons including incorrect sizing, damage during transportation, or incorrect item was sent.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and returns.

All items must be in original packaging.

The refund will be done in the same form as the purchase ie the credit / debit card used will receive the credit.

Photographs of the product may be requested from us.

Kindly note the following in regard to the different categories:

  • Supplements – these may only be returned if unopened and not used. Packaging may not be damaged in any way and product must be deemed re-sellable.
  • Clothing – these may only be retuned if the original tags are still in place. Clothing that has been worn will not be eligible for return.
  • Sale items may not be returned.

 

Defective Goods – Should the product have a manufacturing defect within 3 months of purchase, you may return it to us for inspection.  We will then contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair.  Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturer defect.

The onus is on you to ensure that any items being returned via courier are packaged correctly to ensure that these items are not damaged in any way.  Any items received back in damaged state will not be considered for credit.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not in a sellable condition.
