USE RECOMMENDATIONS:
Adults:
Take 2 capsules twice daily two hours before or after vitamins and medication. Best before 6pm. Take with juice, filtered, spring or clustered water. (No tap water).
Children from 10 years:
1 Capsule twice daily or 2 once daily
